What's an adjustable triple tree?

Dear friends, I'm riding a 99 gen 1 busa. Recently I placed a dog bone wich raised my rear end 1.10 inch (28 mm). Now my bike turns in considerably better and my ground clearance is much beter. But when I'm in fast corners (110 mph+) it begins to wobble. Anyone got an idea how to solve this...
