I'm gonna lean towards It sat for a few months, The old gas was mixed with new gas, I don't have a maintenance history and I'm pretty sure there was no preservative put in the gas
I don't necessarily want to bypass the switch i dont want the extra fuel dump, just need to know if buying a new switch would possibly fix that problem

FI light came on after it got wet(had water bottle in the trunk/cowl), never had a problem b4 with it. let it dry out for 2 days and no FI light came on. So i figured the water must have caused some sort of short.
