I bought a KBC Racer, but I regret it a bit. It is a good looking helmet and it was a couple hundred less than an Arai - but it has an annoying flaw - the little plastic nib/holder that holds the removable lining in the helmet comes out periodically and then pops out and starts to blow around...

No offense to anyone, but the best one I heard was for the Camaro IROC. IROC = Italian Retards Out Racing. Laughed my arse off. Love Italians and the food.

You gotta love those Brit bike mags. Everytime I happen to go into a Barnes and Noble I will sit down with a coffee and read them front to back. Yes I am too cheap to buy them but this posted by Rev is a good reason to and a hoot to read.

My buddy dropped by on his xx blackbird today with a 4-2-1 Akra. My bus sounded like a sewing machine next to his. Took his bike for a drive and I have to say it is so much more satisfying with the sound. Although a quiet type, I'm thinking I'll have to get some sound!

Congratulations Hava-busa! Sounds like you got a good deal for right in the middle of the season. Man, it's hard to get them to deal when its sunny and warm out. This should be a looonnnnngggggg weekend for you. Be careful on that thing.

One thing that will change is that you may start to ride with other sport bikers and you (for good or bad) will feel pressured to ride faster than you may be used to. At 38 years old, I don't care if the other guys try to get my goat, but you have to deal with the fact that a lot of fellow...
