How many of you have cleaned your fuel mesh filter or replaced it as preventative maintenance? My 08 is running perfect I think, just wondering if its worth it to open the tank and check it or replace it. Over time, you might not notice the gasoline flow is not as smooth as new.

While I do have love for K&N filters and have used them in my Audi's for years, I hate oiling them. I buy two just so there is no down time and I can swap out immediately and clean the other later. I always wonder though no matter how lightly you oil the filter, that maybe some oil residue...

Blanca, just reading this today. Yesterday I had the same epiphany as I rode up North here in New England. I Love my Busa! There is no other bike like it on the market. But I will sell it in a heartbeat for a Gen 3 if there is significant improvement!

I agree completely. I am so sick of mediocrity. Suzuki is starting to seriously drop the ball. But there is no way I will ever go back to Honda or buy an ugly Kawasaki. I Love My Busa and will do the same as everyone else, just upgrade to Brembo brakes/Master Cylinder and call it a day...
