This was 100% the issue. I literally told them to load test it and they came back with, it's not the battery, take that brand new bike back to where you bought it from. Bike only had roughly 400 miles and most of it was spent in the canyons or on the track.

Yeah. I said the same thing, but its a huge difference on your back when you ride 100-300 miles in a comfortable geometry full carbon bike vs a cheap one.

That'll be fine, we usually just cruise in groups anyways. I've ridden my road bicycle like 11k miles this year and barely put 500 on my busa. Lesson learned lol, it was the only tire that was a 200/55 at the store and I didn't want to wait.
