Brake lever fading after some turns

Hi guys: Workshop yesterday didn't quite work out. I left my bike there for 3 hours and they didnt even check it, said they were too busy, WTF? So I'm over these twats. Quick question for you guys, another long shot but it's worth to try. Do you think there could be some air trapped inside...

Brake lever fading after some turns

Calipers are brand new, rotors are fully floating so it's hard to tell if there's a light dragging

Brake lever fading after some turns

Ruled out, happened with several calipers, these ones are 2 weeks old.

Thanks for telling us your experience. I would also think it's something related to rotors alignment but to it doesn't make sense that the lever comes back to its initial feeling after some cooling time. Something is getting to hot and when it cools down it works again, but it's not the...

Brake lever fading after some turns

I'm taking the bike to a Racing workshop on Tuesday. I hope he can figure out what the problem is. Of course I'll keep you posted in case we have to open some bottles of champaign

The seem to be OK, the move with their original play. Has anybody ever had some tiny quantity of water inside the brake system?

At this point anything can be an option, but I guess if the calipers were not aligned properly ai would know. I mean, how can also the original calipers not be properly aligned?

Brake lever fading after some turns

I just made an appointment with a racing workshop to check the rim's and discs alignment, just in case. Fingers crossed

Brake lever fading after some turns

Right, but thay was because of the wrong spacers size. Once I changed them, rotors would turn freely

Brake lever fading after some turns

Also, in case the rim or the rotors were bent, as soon I stopped the bike and push the lever back that dead travel would disappear

Brake lever fading after some turns

Rotors are ruled out as I already tried with the Original ones, in another hand there is a small chance that the problem might be coming from a bent rim? I didn't have any accident with my bike. The only thing I can think of its that the rim got damaged when the mechanic first installed the...

Brake lever fading after some turns

Guys, new symptom: I just notice that when I get a bit hard on the brakes, from the second half of the travel (approx) the lever feels like is pushing my finger forward

Unfortunately I have already sent it to the Suzuki dealer and they also can't explain it
