I bought the bike in the UK, I have the NHSTA list of "Non-Conforming vehicles approved for importation." The busa is on the list. the issue I am running into is that the AZ DOT can't find the VIN (because it's not a U.S. bike) and the EPA sticker. I've checked with the DMV and they have no idea...
