    Old with new

Wow.......that is SOooooo cooool! I've already scanned through 6 pages and found a favorite topic called "Finally got to meet Frank Adams in person" Located I remember 1st viewing the old hayabusa.org around April 15th 1999. I then finally registered as a member in June of 1999. The guy at that...

    Spun Rod Bearing

That doesn't sound good. You better expect the worse on that deal (debree ran through the transmission, crank journal in cases damaged). The last time I spun a bearing on my motor, I was able to find a low mile used bottom end for $600. That was basically everthing minus the cylinder block...

    Spun Rod Bearing

I seriously doubt it was caused by a low oil level unless he was doing mile long wheelies. It's more likely to have been from a plugged up or restricted oil pickup (screen) tube. Or it could have easily happened if he is using a high volume oil pump gear. I would suggest doing a leak down to...

    Boost Controller Problems...

A single stage controller opperates off of manifold pressure, which means you are using the turbo as the actual air pump supply to put pressure against the wastegate. The dial on your controller is nothing more then a regulator. If you can't more boosy into it, then you have a leak somewhere.

    Turbo blew-up HELP!!!

The limits of that kit depend on the motor setup. 7-8pds on a stock motor.

    F1 flashing

1st make sure one of your check valves is not turned in the wrong direction. The air needs to be able to release outward. If those are installed properly, then you might have a bad map sensor. (or the map sensor might have a short).

    Turbo blew-up HELP!!!

Every turbo system has it's limits. The only 1 thing each turbo system has in common is that they're all designed to make horse power. Usually a person will educate them selves on what they don't know before making a big investment. If you think you are going to just bolt a system on and go then...

    Turbo blew-up HELP!!!

Not true...... A "T" with check valves are put into place to remove boost back pressure to the map sensor. This mod is needed on ALL systems on the market today except the ones(velo stage2 race, nlr genX) that are equipped with a stand alone ignition system. If you don't have the check valves...

Installation pics of the Motorhead Turbo Kit

Pretty much about 99.9% of any problem with a turbo comes from a installation error of some kind. Usually a good instruction manual will help limit the issues, if there is any. Also just like anything else.....you get what you pay for! A low end / low budget system is just that. In most cases...
