I have had 4 gen 2 busas and really love those bikes. The bmw is a completely different machine. It is very fast, pretty comfortable and very nimble. Exceptional build quality. The busa does absorb road bumps better due to the weight. This is the best bike I have owned so far...hope the Gen 3...

My only complaint is the abrupt throttle ...open close transition. Do you have the same issue? Getting use to it but switching back and forth it's very noticeable.

I have been grabbing it lately ...the upright position is nice on my old back. Lol

Just had it dyno tuned and it made 191.06 and 82.05 tq. Before tune it was only 181hp ...haven't had a chance to ride it since the tune.

I had mine on the salt scale at work. 540lbs with full exhaust and half a tank.

The cannon has a awesome deep growling sound. Can be very loud but I love that.

I purchased a BMW S1000rr since Suzuki hasn't decided to make a Gen 3 yet. I have a awesome 2012 Busa if anyone is interested. I will always love the Busa but after having 4 of them it is time for a change. I will still visit and have really enjoyed this forum. I am on the s1000rr forum now...

Might be a bad temperature sensor...or the wire might of came off.

I have been using pledge for years...awesome stuff. WD 40 for the rims and to clean the chain also.
