I had a 2016 Low Rider S for a year. It had 98hp and 115lbft of torque. I swear it could take my Busa across an intersection but maybe just barely. After that obviously the busa smokes it. The low rider had the look and the sound and was a blast to drive until I hit the freeway. Then it handled...
I almost managed to top mine out day before yesterday on my ride from Phoenix to Vegas but with a tankbag, I couldn't get out of the wind enough. Enough power to do it but I was really uncomfortable so backed her down.
I have an almost brand new 480cca lithium out of the Low Rider S I used to have but the dang thing is too big to fit the busa. I thought about putting it on its side under the hump but I'd have to do the trunk mod and don't really want to cut it up.
That is the reason I got rid of my Low Rider S. Why on earth would an engineer think its good to mount a swingarm to a rubber mounted engine/trans instead of the frame.....front and rear tires won't track the same!
