I have a friend with an 02’ that had its wiring chewed up by a critter. She’s being told that only an 02 harness will work and they are extremely rare and don’t want to splice into anything. Seems to me any Gen 1 will work and there seems to be several on eBay. Am I missing something?

Thanks guys, just one more. Every 2016+ bike I've ridden has had fueling issues because of the Euro 4 crap, even flashed ones aren't quite right. Did they have any problems with the newer Busa's?

Say you drop 30-ish pounds, you still have a heavier crank and rotational mass inside the engine, this would surely prevent it from flicking as well as a 1137cc (Blackbird) correct? I could definitely feel that mass on my 14R, and wouldn't dream of flicking it in like I could my XX.

I have a friend with an '05 Busa, I'll see if I can talk her into trying my 919 and sneak a ride on it. The only problem will he her insistence on using DOT race takeoff's but I'm sure I'll be able to get an idea. I forgot about the other reason I sold my 14R and I doubt it will be any better...
