gen2 tank can be installed in gen1?

I put a Gen2 tank on a Gen1. The Gen1 seat fits fine, but it has a replacement vinyl cover. I do not think that matters. Your plan for replacing the Gen1 regulator and pump looks like it should work fine. The Gen2 pump should produce about 43 psi (296 kpa).

    Rekluse clutch

From what I've seen of them in 50 hp dirt bikes I would expect problems using it in a drag situation with a 180 hp streetbike. I would probably just practice with a hand clutch.

    Rekluse clutch

Why not just run a hand slider like MTC Gen2 or Hays Revolution? They are proven in the drag application.

Anyone still modding the OE Swing arms (Extending ~4") anymore?

Maybe they quit, but I find they have things that aren't on their website. You might try calling them.

Anyone still modding the OE Swing arms (Extending ~4") anymore?

DME was doing extended stock arms a couple years ago.

    MTC, Hays or Gann

The Revolution is basically a copy of the Rock but with improvements. I've had both.

    MTC, Hays or Gann

It's more popular and I'm sure sells more. Please explain why you think it is the best. When I look at a datalog I can't tell if it is a Gen2 or a Revolution. I can tell when it is a slider.

    MTC, Hays or Gann

The grudge has less steels/fibers and will fit under a shorter clutch cover, possibly under a stock cover. I've never seen one. The Revolution has removable caps to individually change the delay springs. I'm not aware that either would take less adjusting after it is set up. You would want...

    Bent header bolts

Every Gen2 that I have pulled the stock exhaust bolts out of had at least two bolts bent like shown. Clearly Suzuki doesn't use very sophisticated torque monitoring during assembly of this joint. I keep a handful of these bolts on hand so I don't have to chase them when needed.

    No Prep Discussion

The no-preps I have run seem to work into a decent track as the day goes on. Having your chassis set up properly is a big deal. I've beaten guys with a lot more hp than me and lost to bikes with less.

    Real Street Class Build

Looking good. DME does make some of the best stuff out there. They are pretty good about meeting the quoted delivery times also.

    New Busa, New Exhaust Question

It will be fine with either a full system or slip-ons and no tune. Could it be better with a full dyno tune? Sure, but so could the stock system. Even when folks get a full dyno tune, it isn't guaranteed that the tuner will actually tune the whole map. Often it is only done for full throttle...

    Real Street Class Build

I don't recommend the Voodoo cover. It is very heavy and difficult to remove the lid, but it can substitute as a frame slider lol.

    It was a rough weekend

    Eventually I suppose.

    It was a rough weekend

Yeah, and another 5 quarts of oil. Funny thing is the bike had almost no oil on it and has only leaked a few ounces since the event. Of course the track was covered with oil.
