I checked the main 30 Amp fuse (it's fine) and checked voltage at the starter relay. Voltage was 0 with ignition off, 11.41 VDC with it on and the same voltage when I pressed the starter button. (I measured voltage at the battery input on the relay).

I tried the tapping the solenoid method and bike still won't start. At this point. I am going to tear the bike back apart so I can check things like the starter lead,. etc. Any special order to techniques for checking the starter relay or starter? I have the busa service manual, so I can find...

Checked voltage at the battery-- with key off: 12.41 VDC with key on: 11.91 VDC Tip switch (took me a while to find it) is tucked under cross-member in between tank and batt. It has "up" pointing up and the grey connector is plugged all the way in

No switches have been relocated. Ummm... is the tip switch a component that can be turned off/on (like the engine kill switch, etc, etc.)? If so, where do I find it to try to reset it?

The fuel pump pressurizes when I turn the key to the "on" position, but the engine does not crank at all (no sound whatsoever) when I press ignition button.
