    Stock rims weight

I run 120/70 front but have gone up to 190/55 rear and I have raised the front 5 mm and the rear 15 mm. to get more ground clearance and friskier handling. It might be to lively to some with the BST in that setup, but the steering damper balance it, and with the wet weight shaved of to 212 kg...

Ps. How much you feel the difference depend completely on how hard you drive. It is when you drive hard or when you find your self in a corner with to much speed, that the difference become immence. If your stearing become to much alive for your taste with them, you just change your stearing...

    Stock rims weight

If you come from a steel rear sprocket and with the wheel change, change that to a hard anodized aluminium sprocket you shave of ca. another kg. on top of that...

Without the plastic maybe not in shape Bumblebee, but what I liked about driving my Busa have become more Busa, and like nothing else to drive. I know it is not in everyones taste, but it has become a true joy on twisted roads and track, where I have met many who liked the Busa engine, but not...

Since my last post, I mounted BST wheels and a more precise weight. With 21 liters fuel I am now on 98,7 kg. rear and 113,6 kg. front. = 212,3 kg. total wet weight. Lots of good ideas Berlin, and I see there is a lot more to come for in the engine, but mine is a work in progress and I first wanted to see how far I could come with the chassis. I did however change the original 4200 grams battery to a 740 grams Aliant battery.

I am certain that lighter wheels works wonders and I will get around to it. The PVM 5Y is one of the wheels I am considering. My bike is a far from finished work in progress and these pics are in a early a bit rough stage before I put lights on it and took it to the streets. Another thing that...
