    Rock smashed through my radiator...

Buddy's H2 just punched a pebble into my radiator. Teach me to let him pass. :). Too bad it took this to learn what a radiator guard is. To the extent that the oil cooler guard was stock, radiator should be too. Gotta put this up there on a list of #1 first mods to do.

    Carrozzeria wheels

Other than price, what's the performance/durability/maintenance difference between these and the carbon fiber ones like BST makes?

Coast to Coast Round Trip Under 5 Days

Wow!! that is one helluvan endurance ride! too bad you'll miss so much scenery at night, but what a story! I'd have a camel back full of some highly caffeinated liquid going in the top end to help stay sharp, and I'd have this coming out the other end to avoid wasting time looking for discreet...

how much should i pay to have my rear tire mounted?

its very easy. put bike on a rear stand. remove the chain guard. loosen/remove the rear axle bolt. slide out the rear axle. push tire forward to unhook chain off rear sprocket. slide rear brake toward you away from bike while pushing rear tire forward ... it will slide right out of its...

    Secondary Butterflies removal review

buddy pulling his out of his 09 zx14 had the same problem. he heated up the head of a phillips screwdriver till it was glowing & then held it to the heads of the butterfly screws to loosen the lock-tite or whatever the kawi guys put on them. When I pulled them out of the Busa, no problems ...

    Three great TAX waves Coming!

You cut my salary 35% and yours IS cut 'cause the sweat of the private sector pays for the ever-increasing gov't payroll. Yah yah "a time of war" ... sure - we've been waging war for a decade now, and the "we're at war" excuse for raising taxes and having absolutely no accountability for...

    Three great TAX waves Coming!

I for one am all for stirring the pot and getting us riled. The passivity of the populous is infuriating. Like you said, III, taxes are going up up up like usual ... UNTIL a breaking or reacting point is hit. The disconnect between the few legislators and the many subjects is, IMO, akin to...

    Lift the Restriction ??????

No regulation whatsoever is an invitation for the government to fill the void. More and more and more laws every year. Self-imposed regulation changes the landscape from regulating an un-regulated environment to stepping in and arguing over the reasonableness/unreasonableness of existing...

    New BMWs on the way

I'd love to see the RC211V engine available to us in a sport touring bike. That or the 1680 cc's of the VMax in a sport touring bike. Almost (actually did) buy the VMax first, but just couldn't give up the sport performance and extra range. Although, I also have to say, for the sport touring...

    Well its been nice

WTF. Drama and hurt feelings. People get way to wrapped up in their on-line personas. 'Jimmy wouldn't talk to me so I'm giving you all the silent treatment and throwing a temper tantrum." You let rank feelings make your decisions for you, you're a lost cause. Suck it up. Life has its...

Do you wear a helmet and what type is it?

Hard to see without wearing one. I really like the O'Neal Element bluetooth helmet. For "wired" days, I have the carbon fiber HJC also.

Putting my life in yalls hands

Re: Putting my live in yalls hands aerate the yards ... always goes better when the ground is a little softer/wet. This time of year, you could always overseed as or after you aerate ... a light rain (obviously not a downpour) helps the seed set well and settle into the aerated plug holes...

Looking for a lawyer in the knoxville area

I don't know him, so I'm not knocking him with this comment and observation that many lawyers who focus on the "academia" of a particular practice aren't always the best ones on the front lines and in the trenches of courtroom practice. A GREAT way to find a very good lawyer for you is to go...
