Yeah maybe the Ace Hardware guy is not up to the task, they have tried twice and still haven't got it.

Lost one of my original keys and went to the dealership they sold me a blank for 5 bucks. Went to the hardware store to have it cut to match and after two trys it still does not work. Is there a chip in the new OEM keys so you can't make copies.

I went to a 45 last year and have now switched to 47. If you go to a 47 you can just get the chain on but leaves very little adjustment. I'm adding an additional link to give me some adjustment. Bike is great with +4 on the rear.

I have gone +4 on the rear and by all means it makes for a much funner ride and who really needs to go 186

Power Bronzw without a doubt

So how well will rattle can paint hold up for painting the rear sets. Rust Oleum makes some nice metallic paint but not sure if it will rub off right away on the rear sets. Thoughts?

Part of my wintr mods is +4 on the rear I was +2 and liked that so much that I'm re when it thaws and c get ou I wll like the +4, staying stock on the front. I was just able to make the stock chain work with the plus 4 sprocket.

I think Schintz makes a bracket to relocate the regulator off to the side.

Yes I installed about a year ago works great do not remember having any issues with wiring it into the harness. I highly reccomend adding this to all motorcycles I have it on both of mine.

I wrapped mine becuase I'm old school and theoretically keeping the exhaust gases hot provides better scavenging for the engine, possibly 1-2 Hp gain? Also cuts down on the heat trapped around the engine which isaway good. Problem with the K8 is the oil filter will not drop between the headers...

I'm +4 on the rear, stock on the front and the chain is just long enough.
