Many thanks i had bought a 12 cell speed cell battery and it wouldnt start the bike hot, then ballistic put together a 16 cell battery and it still wont start the bike hot so i decided to go back to the 24 volt route. Thanks for the info will give it a try.

I know this has been kicked around but does anybody know how to wire dual batteries. Tiger looks like they just use a three way toggle switch. I already know how to wire just the standard dual batteries but not how to wire to let the bike charge the second batteries. Thanks

I custom made an aluminum pan similar to the tiger tail but re bent the new piece to allow both batteries to sit under the seat and just moved the computer back to a new location to make room.

By the way I didnt need dual batteries on my 07 when I was at 1397. When I stroked mine to 1540 I had to switch to dual batteries to get it to start.

Unless you go with an Adams style arm that is chrome moly tubing, mine is 13 over and is lighterthan a stock arm.

According to Royal Purple you should run XPR 5W30 and you will get the most protection for motorcycle use. You can change the weight but use XPR!
