are relays something that can intermittently fail? i have been having issuse with my fan kicking on when it feels like. fan turns on sometimes and i can put 12v to it to turn it on so that tells me the fan is good. temp will go up to the red while in traffic when the fan isnt on and temps drop...

the oil cooler bypass line is in the way. whats the difference from having that line over using block offs?

i know this is old but has anybody figured out a fix for this issue? i am dealing with the same exact thing right now.

I ordered a tiwinder and it came with a oil cooler bypass kit. Does anybody know the pros/cons of running a bypass hose vs just bolting up some block off plates to eliminate the oil cooler?

i have no idea i have only seen one thread here and that was in like 2003. I was coeaning all the nasty crap from my chain so i removed the chainguard and thats where the crack was hiding. goes through the pressed in insert for the chainguard hardware

So i have been getting some parts together. I found a crack in my swing arm so i ordered a new swing arm. I also ordered brocks lowering links, cush drive bushings, and a new sprocket. I already have a new chain and tire. Anything else that should get replaced while she is getting the swingarm...

I just picked up a Tiwinder. My bike is stock. Just a airbox mod. My question is it worth upgrading the ECU so i can get tuned via ECU editor vs a power commander? Like i said my bike is stock. I know this pipe is a drag oriented pipe but i like the way it looks and am willing to deal with it...

So i just installed my sprocket cover from orient express and now i hear a squeaking sound when i spin my tire. Its the speed sensor. Does it actually touch nut thats on the sprocket? If not I'm not sure exactly whats wrong. The speedo registers just fine. As far as i know everything is...
