    GP undertail

Sorry for the excess clutter, but we've established that Hotbodies undertails BLOOOOW. Is anyone familiar with the "GP" undertail. 58cycles and hardracing.com both sell them and for $369MSRP they can't be too crappy. Reviews? Heard of them? Seen em? Thanks again

    Anyone done an undertail?

Well I might just get one because they're cheap for me to get and then do my own LED modification. Alternatively, what's another reasonably priced undertail besides UFO's and the MOTOTECKs? I WOULD just get an integrated tail light and a fender elim, but the mounting points for my stock...

Expect more leaks using Synth. oil...

It's more prone to leaking and is finer/more slippery. Will it make your stock good sealing busa motor sleak? no.

    oil pan?

Cool. Helicoil it is. Doesn't look terribly difficult to get off. It's just one thing after another. Can't wait to get on it, but I'm going to have to...6 long monthes.

    oil pan?

Thank you, previous owner. His oil changes every 1000 miles didn't have the desired effect, as all it accomplished was to strip out the pan. Anyhow, I'm gonna take it off and hopefully repair the thread/enlarge it. Worst case absolutley is to get a new pan. If it comes to that, is there a larger...

    Anyone done an undertail?

The hotbodies is by far the cheapest and most accessible to me @ $180 for the SBK2 LED one. Since the taillights are totally different it's probably the same setup as the UFO with just the clips. I'd like to hear some more testimonials on the brightless or lack of brightness on the LED hotbodies...

    Anyone done an undertail?

I got a new tail section that's perfect, except for one little discrepancy. The taillight bracket mounts on each side in 2 places, and in one place on the top of the inside of the tail. There's a visual dent in the top from the outside, right where the mounting post is on the inside. This...

    Right engine mount bushing?

Kind of, but you lost me a couple of times. The slider I'm talking about is your plain ol' standard delrin slider that functions as the engine mount bolt on the right side. The bolt itself bent back ~30-45 degrees and the bolt smashed one side of the bushing while it did that. So what you're...

    Right engine mount bushing?

When the slider bent back on my wrecked bike, it misshapedthe bushing for the right engine mount also. So much that with the pinchbolt for it fully tightened, I could just take the slider in and out freely. This is probably really bad. Worse yet, to get a new bushing in, the motor has to move...

    Stock dyno

They teased me with superimposing a run from a busa with a PCIII and full exhaust over mine. IT put down 166/100. I'm thinking about just getting a PCIII and having them do the tuning link on it and see what kind of gains that nets me WITHOUT the addition of full exhaust. Worth it? There's a...

    Stock dyno

Well, almost stock. Yoshi slipons, a K&N, and 26thousand miles. ImageShack Links Do Not Work That's 152HP and 89lbft. Sorry it came out so small. Did this with the bike in tatters with bent forks hahahah.
