Just an update. Been riding around the past two weeks, in the cold Indiana weather we've been having. No issues, or anything. Bike has been shifting perfectly again. Thanks again!

Yup, used a little bit of the blue Loc-Tite.

I've been meaning to update this. Lady has been out of town so it's just been me and the nine month old. I cleaned the metal discs, put the clutch back in and Loc-Tite the spring bolts. Used the Service manual, and a digital caliper. It feels much much better and is not sticking anymore. I...

It's visible when it's off the spool stand. That was the first thing I checked. I really appreciate everyones help and feedback on this. I will update this weekend!

I had it running last night figuring out where the noise was coming from. Turned it off, and left it on the spool stand overnight. Took the cover off this morning, and removed the plates. They were dry when I took them out. They do feel pretty gummy and sticky. Could that be from it sitting...

The retaining bolts were all on good. They came off easily enough, and weren't loose at all. Once I am off work, I will check the discs, and clean the steels up before I put them back.

Heres what they look like. Didn’t see any burnt spots, just dirty. I’m going to measure them with a caliper. Checks out and I’ll clean them up, and reinstall them.

Thank you for the tip on not having to drain the oil. Took the cover off this morning before work, and all springs were tight. Removed bolts and springs. Took the clutch plates out, and they seemed pretty stuck together. Any recommendations on cleaning the metal discs? A little steel wool...

Thank you for the reply! I'll have to drain the oil and remove it. The six bolts with the clutch springs on them correct? Also, blue or red Loctite? Again, thank you! I'll post with an update.
