This is the pinout for my standalone megasquirt
These are what is needed to run
Tip over, side stand and whatnot switches are all not to ecu but fuel pump relay coil voltage ect
Gear so top of sixth is just touching redline at 310km\h , assuming that will allow decent RPM in second at 120km/h
air shifter so you don't have to lift on shifts
I have degree'd some strange cam combo's
I ended up grinding all the lobes off a pitted intake cam
when I have issues with something hitting I put that cam in the intake side so I can determine which side is hitting
when putting the exhaust cam in......sometimes it is very hard NOT to end up with a extra link in the front
so then after a rotation the exhaust is pointed back(towards intake) a tooth
