i would change gearing im running a 17/45 and mine is pretty quick off the get go.. or just get the sticker that states "Turbo lag.. That split second you thought you were gonna win!!!"

just take your time and read richards instruction very carefully. they are about the best instructions you'll get for a turbo.. and if you have any more problems they are 9/10 listed on here cause everyone else has/had the same ones

i have a built motor and a 24 volt starting system... i just installed both new batteries and went with the ytz 14 instead of the 12. so its not the voltage and yes the bike runs fine and starts fine... even tried moving the ground from the battery to the frame on a clean bare metal spot...

I DID SWAP THE BRAIN OUT THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLETE SYSTEM THEY HAVE SENT ME(REMOTE/BRAINS)... I TRIED MOVING THE BRAIN AWAY FROM THE COMPRESSOR ABOUT 3 FEET OFF THE BIKE AND ITS STILL DOING IT... I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO... ANYONE KNOW ANY OTHER POSSIBLITIES?
