Iron rotors

it looks like ass when they rust up...this happens really fast too.

if looks are an issue for you, it will frustrate the hell out of you.
 
They would do very well with ceramic pads, if you can keep them hot enough. I did that setup on a car and I didn't like it on the street. The brakes didn't grab very well until they were glowing hot. The lack of break dust was nice though. On a track it was great.

Unless you are running a really aggressive pad on the street, I wouldn't bother going with iron rotors. The OEM, Galfer and EBC with sintered pads will give you more than you need for street riding.
