FI CODE C24

Just got my bike back together after 2nd gear repair and took it for a ride. Bike started running horrible and FI light came on, got the C24 code for the CKP sensor. Never dealt with anything like this before, can some shed some light on this for me... like what I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks.

Checked my FI code again and now it's C24 and C27. Have to wait til I get a new volt meter to check coils. Is this common for both of these to be on at the same time? If so, is there a quick fix for this problem? If it's like everything else I've been through with her the answer is probally NO!
 
Did you have the top end apart? I know someone who had this problem recently and the cams were out of time by one tooth. Slipped while putting it together.
 
Not sure, I'll have to ask the bike shop tomorrow. Thanks for the help though. If this is the case is it hard to get the timing back, I don't have any knowledge of the inner engine workings.
