Yes, you are right the average is quite low. We had five 20+ mins stops together, I had other two short ones, so indeed the falcon was mostly rested on the owner's arm yesterday. Other two bikes were adventure bikes so, not so keen on cutting the wind. So 40% was cruise control on. City limits...

Today is the day. The brake in period is done. The rpm range is all mine... I rode a 12 hours loop with friends from 8AM to 8PM in a flawless weather. 342 miles.

360 miles ride & sunshine. 9 hours, 6 stops (3 to top up the tank, +3 to hydrate me, I was thirstier than the beast. ;) ) Almost everything was perfect... Gas could be cheaper.

I gave it good spin. Approx. 250 miles, 40% highways, <1% city areas, but most importantly 45% open country roads (with long straights) and 15% twisties up on the hill. (Additional challenge: I spotted at least three mobile speed traps, the boys in blue are getting more and more tricky lately...

It has been tested today. It increased the comfort as at high speeds my helmet slightly touches when I need to go into knee elbow touching position. My chest as well can be rested on that, so brilliant. It was barely noticable on twisties so I frequently looked down, that I have lost it or not.

I have just parked at a gas station and I noticed when I stopped, that on the curvy mountain road I had a companion. It seems I rode with Bumblebee today. Let see does he will keep up in the straights as well until home... ;)

Yes, I agree. And some does appreciate/tolerate the diversity more some less/does not. To be honest I am with the Internet from 90s, but here I saw that this "dead post" is a thing. As in my view if it is dead we should either burn it or burry it. :) If it is not, then... It is not.
