nope i don't have a GENII, but then again nowhere in this post has there been mention of a GENII. So I was not aware of that fact. SO, I guess the GENII's have more play between the hub, brake bracket and swing arm to make it possible to have to have the cush drives installed backwards and...

well if motorcycle mechanic installed them that way, they have no right to be around a motorcycle.... BUT if its reversed they prolly wouldn't be able to get the rear tire on anyways. if that hub sticks out even a fraction of a inch, you wont be able to get the brake caliper bracket back on the...

the cush drives are only really going to go in 1 way ... they do have a nipple, and they will only go into the hub one way..*just replaced mine the other day*

mounted mine on the right ram air tube, no relays or timers, Gen 1....no problems at all!

unfortunately the shop who did it, has kinda gone down hill in quality workmanship soo would have to go to another more reputable shop to get it re-done. its just aggravating, i was even thinking on going PCV with autotune if that was any better..anyone have any experience with those on GEN 1's?

thats what im thinking, which SUCKS cuz thats another $300 to get it corrected. :banghead:

Soo, I had the throttle sync done about 2 weeks ago, after I couldn't figure it out myself. but what was done was i replaced all vacuume lines with new lines (old ones were dry rotted) and had a shop sync the bike up. before the sync i was getting up to 45-47mpg, now im lucky to get 37-38 mpg...

I've been using Motul 7100 synthetic 10-40 and k&n filter for the past 3 changes...bike has 22K on the clock, runs great!
