                    Because we want to provide you a great experience on the Hayabusa.Org website we have created a way for you to open a trouble ticket to make your visit here trouble free. If you notice that there is a problem with the site or you are having problems with a feature on the site please fill out a ticket and one of the support team will work to resolve your problems. In the past I was innundated with emails for many request because features were not working on the end user was having problems. We have several members that have dontated their time to become part of the support staff here at .Org and I appreciate the help so please use the links below to open tickets.

                  We also want you to be able to find out the status of a ticket also so when you open a ticket make sure that you write down the trouble number that will be generated and visible on the screen. If you want to see the status of the ticket then you can go to the status link below and enter your email address and the ticket number and viola you can see what has been done. I hope that you all find this tool easy to use because I am sure that it will make the responses back to the members much faster.
