Default Just saying Hi!

Hello All.

I just finished reading a bunch of 'welcome threads' and I feel like a child @ 25. hehe.

I JUST traded in my 2006 GSXR600 for a Silver/Black B-King ... wow!

I have not ridden that many bikes in my 3 year stint as a rider, my GSXR600 was my first bike, and I've also come to own a 2002 Kawasaki Mean Streak (Vulcun 1500), which I love as well, especially for cruising. But I honestly cannot say enough about the B-King, except the one thing we can probably all agree on, you cannot judge this bike until you've tried it. When moving it only feels slightly heavier then my 600, I couldn't believe it, and more torque then my Mean Streak! Wow, just wow. The riding position is so comfortable too, and the upright position allows for more leverage on the bars, which is great.

Worst part about the B-King ... break in! ahhhh Got the bike @ 0km, so have a way to go... I want to give'er so bad, but I know that a proper break in will mean your bike runs smoother and consequently longer, so I've had to exercise more will power then a fox in a hen house. I've been good about keeping it under 5 grand, and varying the RPMs as much as possible, but I admit I snuck it up to 7 grand once, and I can't wait to go higher.

Mod mods and more mods ... right now I'm taking a serious look at the Zard exhaust, I think it's really nice, I'd like to get a wind screen as well, just since I know the Mean Streak is gonna start collecting more dust!

Anyhow, looking forward to hearing more from everyone, and let the haters hate, we know who's King.
