Both are good but I prefer Velocity. Barry and his crew have always been very helpful and honest with me. No matter which one you get your install and tune is the most important thing.

Hahn, Velocity, RCC, the stage1 kits at 6psi all will make close to the same power, provided it is tuned correctly, the differance is the customer and tech support, in that respect RCC would be my first choice, Velocity is OK, never had no tech dealings with Hahn

When installing my Hahn kit, I had several questions via e-mail and received an answer within hours on a saturday. Other than that, I have not had to call them. I am very sure RCC has qreat service but no complaints from Hahn yet.
