Spring rate for 64"?

I just got new Race Tech springs in my forks (1.0kg) due to uncontrollable wheelies all the time... Turbo.. Going with a 0-6" thompsonscustomcycles.com swingarm, and now I'm trying to find out what spring rate for the rear. I think stock is 13kg. Race Tech only offers a 14kg. Is this stiff enough. Mostly street, some drag, and plan to go to Maxton this year. Any help?
