it seems the points / money racers live it during the season...they will help each other to keep running but i'd say there are people will give advice to slow you down also...I haven't been to the track for awhile but it is oddly nice to wake up to some guy firing an engine that he worked on all night

I've wondered the same thing myself a few times. I guess it's just a sportsmanship thing and I think you mostly see it from the E.T/Bracket racers. I'm around grudge racers most of the time at the track and I can't recall any of those guys saying "good luck" in the staging lanes. They say alot of things, good luck just usually ain't what their saying
