Does anyone know if the Front turn signal casing comes apart, or is it a molded peice. ???

Good one. Ya know as many busa's ive taken part i dont remember...wow good question

the turn signal comes out,usually with 2 screws mine did when it fell over at the bash by breaking the tabs... I now have orange lenses like the older busa's....the lens itself is glued to the body of the light, you can bake them apart in an oven like people do with there headlights to separate the two halves
or buy new ones from clear alternatives or stock from suzuki

Do you have a bad bulb or are you planning on a mod ? Looks like djsin has you covered.

Not for me a freind of a freind was asking, Not sure what he is doing.

Have one right here on my desk in front of me an although it has tabs on the sides even if you break off the tabs it doesn't come apart so i am guessing the glue theory to be dead on

Yep, they come apart by heating the glue.
