well i went the old route and used blackbird mirrors which are going to be next to impossible to find. but if you do then you have scored big time.

In a side by side comparison, i really don't see a difference to tell you the truth.

Yeah, they say the 48 are brighter.
Here is what I run....

It has automatic turn signal turner offers.... your tail and front turn signals run as running lights at 50% all the time and when you hit the brakes all your running lights now flash to get more attention...
Pretty cheap and super easy to install. I think it took about 45 minutes to get it done...
It also has some flasher modes like side to side, front to back and multiple flashes that you can use to increase attention if your stopped on the side of the road or there is a need to escort someone...
