.75" spacer is as high as you can go when combined with Heli-bars.

Just barely tap at hard lock? if so, then the only time it might bother you is when you are not riding. But mine are on a GEN 2...

I have the 1 inch risers and Heli-bars on a Gen II and the front brake master touches at full lock only. never while riding. I did file off some of the master cylinder so now it barely touches.

A fair bit of shield trimming but I rode for 12 years with a tall Genmar and Helibars.

On my Gen II the master cylinder would touch at full lock too, not a big deal.

I wonder if the aftermarket app I have on there raises the bars any vs a stock one? Was on it when I bought it. With it all together I cannot get anywhere close to lock. For now I just use the helibars and had to drill a new hole for the controls to sit in. Now they hit the plastic gauge trim and full left lock applies the brakes. Aside from that, not bad. I will make this bike comfortable if it kills me. Or just go back to a RR1000. That bike was more comfortable than the Busa
