This is the first time I see one of these posted. What are they made out of? Was this some kind of group buy that happened years ago?

There was a guy, Ken was his name. He made these and other "chopper keys" with different heads. He made a version of this key for the over 200 MPH club; to get one, you had to produce a time sheet as proof. This key was one that was only available to the oRg; he would paint them to match the Busa that you were buying it for. A few of us got them, mine was in late 2003 as I recall... We stopped hearing from Ken in '07 or so-
