Replacing '99 starter assembly with '03 +

Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to uprate the starter setup on my '99 to an '03 one? Apologies if this has been answered before - I've spent a good few hours going through posts and can't find a definitive answer.

Thanks for the reply - I'm checking it out.

Due to the starting problem I have with the bike I was looking to update the starter setup to that found on '03+ bikes.
A bit digging around and I found what could be an alternative :

Anyone used one of these? It could save me a few quid and the hassle of trying to get hold of all the parts I need to replace the '99 setup but I don't want to waste my cash.

best kit out there is made by bigccracing and you can get it from orientexpress.com. called a hayabusa starter sprague gear replacement. $500. no modifications, just bolt it on.
