Relay?

Just went to start my bike and no headlight and only the oil pressure guage and odomoeter area lit up,no FI light no cranking no nothing and the relay next to the relay with the 30 amp fuse is clicking, What in the world is going on?

Traced the wires and its the fuel pump relay that is clicking, but why would that not give me a headlight, and I cannot even get codes the odom reads nothing just a blank space

Check your battery, sounds dead to me.

yep just found that out, guy just plugged his battery charger into his durango and gave me a boost, technology these days

Yep... The battery is always the 1st thing you check when you have several parts of your electrical system not working. It will do crazy stuff when the voltage or amps are low.

Yes, most people think that the cold weather is hard on batteries, its the total opposite, most batteries will fail in extreme heat temps. Cells collapes and create 0VDC output or very low, sometimes they wont even take a jump start.

heat and cold are both hard on batteries.
