rebuilt rotors

there was a guy on here a couple years ago that rebuilt rotors, he would repaint the carrier and add whatever color of rivets you wanted. he lived in colorado. does anybody remember him or know of anyone that does that kind of thing?

I just rebuilt the Hayabusa motor with 85mm , 13.5/1 compression ,the engine turns over fast with no spark plugs in it but very slow with plugs in it , any suggestions?
