So I call RCC on Richard's day off and get one of his employees. The emplyee tries to help me figure out which water pump I need for my plenum. He says Richard is off and to be safe I should call back tomorrow. No problem, I'll cal back. 5 minutes later Richard calls me and he figures out which pump I need, gives me a deal on it AND gets it shipped out immediately. Customer for LIFE!
