Nicky has passed. I know there are several people on the board who have met him. I had the chance to meet and talk with him and observe him in the paddock in Qatar. While his sponsor pulled out during the weekend, the team didn't know which way was up, but Nicky never lost his smile and seemed genuinely happy just to be on a bike. He was well regarded in the paddock. He will be missed.

RIP Nicky.
