the tre and pc are 2 different things.
if the pc is tuned for the tre your bike will be smoother, there are some here who will dissagree tho.
the pc will not remove the top speed limit, so to answer your question if you want the tre just make sure you pc is mapped for it or it will prob hurt your performance.

What SPEEDEMON said. Basically if you have a PC, you don't need a TRE.

If you have both, make sure it's mapped properly.

A TRE is primarily used for going past 186mph. If you don't plan on ever going past that, don't bother with the TRE.

Some say the TRE smoothes the bike out, but if you already purchased the PC simply load the proper map and you'll be fine. If your bike is fully stock, the PC does have a stock map. To that, I can personally testify it will definitely smooth the bike out.
