Who's got access to a dyno for some controlled oil temperature tests? Like TMH says, only oil temp will tell. I think the Evans stuff just may be carrying off more heat. But then again when the "regular" coolant mixture does vaporize against the cylinder walls, that action may have a cooling affect. The truth is out there...

how did u do this?

I was haveing the same problem with over heating so i just wierd a switch in to the ground side of my temp sender and turn the fan on when i pull into trfic
i do not get hot anymore
might be something for you to try
