robinsonoutputshaftsupport1.jpg robinsonoutputshaftsupport2.jpg POWERHOUSE MOTORCYCLES is now carrying the Robinson Industries output shaft support plate for Gen 1 and Gen 2 Hayabusas. The output shaft support has a round steel anchor that is bolted to the swingarm pivot. The plate slides over the steel anchor and bolts to the cases with the bolts provided. An extended snout countershaft sprocket bolt then rides in the bearing fitted to the plate. This supports the end of the transmission output shaft preventing broken shafts and engine cases. A longer clutch pushrod is included. The output shaft support can be used with hand or slider clutches. Anyone putting serious horsepower to the ground from the dig should consider protecting the output shaft and engine cases with one of these . . .

These retail for $495, POWERHOUSE will be offering these for a
limited time to org members for $449. . .:beerchug:

That looks pretty good, I was interested in this as I just got my transmission rebuild.

Need to get some con rods first tho, don't suppose you have any forged internals too?

I get my bonus on the 20th of next month so I'll buy
the support bracket outright by then. If you have any left :0

Also selling a 1988 Russian Minsk 2 stroke motorcycle I recently restored, so either it will be in the next week or before new year I'd want to place an order if that's OK

Nope, when I get my next Gen 2, work in progress, will just have exhaust, filter and tune. No hard launches for me. I just like to take advantage of good deals when I see them.

Need, want.....what's the difference haha
This example was in social studies for kids:
A need is something you have to have, something you can't do without. A good example is food. If you don't eat, you won't survive for long. Many people have gone days without eating, but they eventually ate a lot of food. You might not need a whole lot of food, but you do need to eat.

    musicalnotes.gif
A want is something you would like to have. It is not absolutely necessary, but it would be a good thing to have. A good example is music. Now, some people might argue that music is a need because they think they can't do without it. But you don't need music to survive. You do need to eat.

So, even the experts are confused, I needed to have a supercharged Busa, I couldn't possibly live with out it so, need and want are the same thing...right..lol :race:

Bigdev, thanks for that explanation. Sometimes NEED and WANT are indeed the same thing. The guy with this turbo Busa is an example of that! IMG_0758.JPG IMG_0807.JPG IMG_0808.JPG
