oil window level

Is it ok to check the oil level while the hayabusa is on a rear stand? Or will it effect the level of the oil.

No. If it is on the rear stand it will not show properly so you need to take it off the stand and either balance it yourself, using the right handlebar and maybe the right side passenger peg, or have someone else balance it while you look at the window.

If you used 4 quarts with oil/filter change, then level will be OK.

I use 3.5 quarts like called for in the manual(gen2), and the level is half or just above in the sight glass, where it should be. I take it nobody has any problems running 4 quarts? If so I may add the full 4 next go round, I ride alot of wheelies, probably would help.

I would buy a front stand to make it level.
