No Oil Jets

Is this normal? I split my case and looking at the manual I suppose to have oil jets but my bike don't have any. Only bolts where they go. Help cause I need to know! I just replaced a valve guide that broke that why I opened it up! Could it be cause I didn't have any oil jets caused that guide to break?

I closed it back up but there isn't any oil jets on the upper case against the wall, only bolts. Is this normal?
