K7 has hydro clutch?

Yes the K7 & 8 1000's had the hydraulic clutch .... unit is the same as the one from the old SV1000

Did order 108mm off the eBay user?
Do you see a big difference in breaking?

Yes, 108mm, and specified it was for the Gen 2 calipers. I believe there are spacers needed if it's for the 108mm Brmbos.
There's a definite improvement, but I wouldn't call it a big difference!

I did a track day on the bike and it stopped better, but it's still a heavy bike, so it's going to take a while to slow down compared to a lighter bike.
