Yes and no, the vest has side zippers for adjusting to fit over a jacket, pretty sweet. The vest only cost me $54 with shipping included.

Measure the circumference of your chest. If the measurement is 46, order a size 48. If the measurement is 47, order a size 48. The general rule is, order the next even number up from your actual measurement

Some groups here require you to "qualify", with one group that means doing 180 for a certain ammount of time,(but there's more than a few 600's in that club ??) and make EVERY run, ride meeting, and function, not to mention some anitiations ?

Not ours, only rules are that you have a bike and a club sponsor.
