Be carefull. The doc's might be full of it but the P.T.'s usualy know what they are talking about. Do they have you out of your brace at P.T.? Keep up with the hard work of recovery. Look at the bright side, It'll be to cold to ride soon. That will make spring coming all that much better.

The P.T.'s have me out of my brace foe certin stretches. But 90% of the time I am still in my brace because it is still to soon to tell if I can put that kind of strain on my back without reinjury.
