hurricane ike headed to texas coast

well.... looks like this thing suppose to get to catagory 4 before hits the land and hit texas coast, the eye supppse to be around polacious and victoria, tx on early saturday norning, i guess houston area will get the worst of it which the dirty side of it full of rain and storms and tornados.
still alittle early, it might change direction and go west more hope that is the case but they already orderd evacuation in most of these areas.
keep our finger cross.
the only positive thing about this will be i always work on saturdays and probably my first one off in a long long time

Looks like Austin will get some minor hurricane action. My parents live in Brazoria County between Houston and Galveston, I think they are coming to see us this weekend.

Not sure my track day is lookin all that hot for Cresson, TX. If it takes a more westerly course, we might get it in, but if it makes a B-Line north, what they are currently projecting, gonna be a wet day at the track.

Oh, and I dont ride in the rain!!! (no rain tires )
