As a kid I was always a generation or two behind on systems. My grand parents bought me a used atari about the time the super nintendo was coming out. Thinking that was when I was around 11 years old or so. I then saved my money up and bought an original nes, I only ever had two games for it, Mario 3 and X-Men Wolverine. I played the crap out of it until my grand parents bought me a Sega Genesis which was the first system I owned that was the hot item at the moment. Can never forget the endless hours of NBA Jam!
Then when the original play station came out my girlfriend in high school bought me for christmas, I think it was mainly so I would play it at home and not with her brother at her house lol! Then a few years later I remember buying a golden n64 because toys r us had them on sale, but sadly I never bought golden eye, the grand father of all first person shooters! After that I've been on top of all the newest systems as far as xbox's go and can not wait for project scorpio!
